Term and Conditions

1. BOOKING

1.1. To secure Taylor-Made Wedding Plan’s services for your event, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. PAYMENT

2.1. A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.

2.2. The remaining balance for the floral services is due 14 days before the event date.

2.3. We accept payment by Bank Transfer.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1. In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable 20% deposit will not be

returned.

3.2. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date, the client shall also be

responsible for paying the full amount of the invoice.
3.3. If Taylor-Made Wedding Plans has to cancel their services, any monies paid by the client will be returned.

4. CHANGES TO SERVICES

4.1. Any changes to the services must be submitted in

writing and approved by both parties. Changes may result in adjustments to the total fee.

5. BUMP IN AND BUMP OUT

5.1. Taylor-Made Wedding Plans will bump in at an agreed upon time to set up what has been agreed upon between the client and Taylor-made Wedding Plans. At an additional charge, Taylor-Made Wedding Plans can be available to bump out, otherwise it is up to the client to remove any decor from the venue.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. Taylor Made Wedding Plans shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur as a result of the setup of the event.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

7.1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or emergencies.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY RIGHTS AND MARKETING

8.1. Taylor-Made Wedding Plans reserves the right to photograph the setup and execution of the day and or and planning involved for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the client in writing.

9. GOVERNING LAW

9.1. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Ultimate Love Party Upgrade - T&C's

Ultimate Love Party Upgrade Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The upgrade is open to individuals who are getting married in 2025 within the
Townsville Region. Employees of Cullen Co. Event Signage, Taylor-Made Wedding Plans,
Timber Creations, The Practical Concierge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family
members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The upgrade begins at 9am Monday 6th May 2024 and ends at 6pm Monday
20th May 2024. All entries must be received by 6pm Monday 20th May 2024, AEST to be
eligible.
3. How to Enter: Participants can enter the upgrade by liking the Ultimate Love Party Upgrade
Post on Instagram, as well as following all four businesses via Instagram.
3a. Bonus Entries: Participants can receive bonus entries by tagging other users in the
comments on the Ultimate Love Party Upgrade post. Each tag equals one bonus entry.
4. Prize: The prize for the upgrade is as follows. This upgrade can only be used for a 2025
Townsville Region based wedding. Prizes from each business must all be used in conjunction
to one event. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
4a. Cullen Co. Event Signage offers a buy one sign, get one free upgrade. Participants can
purchase a Wedding Welcome sign with a hired easel or frame, and receive a free sign and
easel or frame hire. The sign may be of any size and can be based off a template via their
website or custom designed. This upgrade is worth up to $135. Delivery fee not included.
Please refer to section 9 for delivery fee.
4b. Taylor- Made Wedding Plans offers an upgrade from their 6-hour coordination package,
currently valued at $650; to a full 12 hour coordination package, valued at $1200. The 12-
hour package includes assistance in the morning for the bridal party, including use of
steamer, getting ready accessories and rack. Day of co-ordination includes site visits, day of
run-sheet, rehearsal presence, set up and oversee of ceremony and rehearsal, as well as
being the point of contact for all vendors. Any additional hours or services will be charged at
the fees current at the date of booking. This upgrade is worth $550.
4c. Timber Creations offers their light-up timber “LOVE” sign valued at $500. This sign is 1.4
metres tall by 4 metres wide. Delivery fee not included. Please refer to section 9 for delivery
fee.
4d. The Practical Concierge offers 3 hours of time valued at over $130. This time can be
utilised before, during or after your wedding, as long as it is related to the event. Examples as
follows. Assembling bonbonnieres, facilitating pet attendance at ceremony, aiding vendor set
up, packing up at the end of the night of the wedding, or the day after. Any additional time
needed will be charged at TPC’s hourly rate current at the date of booking.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received
during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
6. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7
days of the end of the entry period. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to
claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate
winner may be selected.

7. Verification of Winner: The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit
of eligibility and liability release, as well as provide any other necessary documentation,
within a specified time period.

8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Cullen Co. Event Signage, Taylor-
Made Wedding Plans, Timber Creations and The Practical Concierge to use their name,

likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where
prohibited by law.
9. Delivery Fee: The winner is solely responsible for any delivery fees within the Townsville
Region for the prize. This includes, but not limited to, the $50 delivery fee for Timber
Creations “LOVE” sign, and Cullen Co. Event Signage’s $20 signage and hired easel or frame
delivery fee. Failure to accept these fees will result in participant disqualification.
9a. Travel Fee: If the wedding venue location is more than 30 minutes from Townsville CBD,
each business reserves the right to charge a travel fee. This fee will be at the discretion of
each business at the time of booking.
10. Service Fee: Taylor-Made Wedding Plans and The Practical Concierge reserve the right to
charge a service fee for any additional hours booked prior to or utilised on the day.
11. Disqualification: Cullen Co. Event Signage, Taylor-Made Wedding Plans, Timber Creations
and The Practical Concierge reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be
tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
12. Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold
harmless Cullen Co. Event Signage, Taylor-Made Wedding Plans, Timber Creations, The
Practical Concierge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their
respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries,
losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the
acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
Queensland, Australia.
14. Changes: Cullen Co. Event Signage, Taylor-Made Wedding Plans, Timber Creations and The
Practical Concierge reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time for any
reason.
15. Agreement to Terms: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
